SOVIMP has supplied several plants for date handling, conditioning and packaging.

The main advantages come from:

  • Fully continuous system;
  • Automatized fumigation by fumigating tunnel;
  • Cleaning - washing or cleaning - steaming;
  • De-pitting;
  • Packaging in thermosealed trays.

Standard capacity is 200 - 2000 kg/h

Plant accessories: - Date pressing in blocks (semi automatic or fully automatic); - Dosing date syrup on filled trays. Several packaging formats on request.
